Welcome to South Dakota
We jumped at the opportunity to host the 2008 USA Nash Hash.
We hash in the shiggy around Rapid City, South Dakota and love to have visitors.
The area is full of history: GEN Custer's Last Stand, Deadwood, Mount Rushmore,
the Crazy Horse Memorial, and Sturgis. But the biggest attraction is the
landscape. We guarantee awesome views from all of our trails.
Don't be scared; follow the trail!!!
The first gold was discovered in the Black Hills near present-day Custer, and
both Keystone and Hill City were once gold mining camps every bit as colorful as Deadwood. Hill City had its infamous
"mile of hell" and before there was a Keystone there was the famous Etta mining camp.
Now most of these areas are hashing trails!
That's correct! It's a view of the back of Mount Rushmore from one of
our more challenging trails.
Don't Panic! We have trails for every type of hasher! You will have the
opportunity to challenge yourself on trail while looking for the beer or
choose a more direct route. And we will give you the opportunity to hash
through historic Deadwood.
